public class LicenseRefusedException extends InvalidLicenceException
An InvalidLicenceException for a run that the license check refused at its start: either the license itself (for example a license of the old scheme, a broken signature or a due date in the past) or the run under the license (for example more elements than the license allows). The message begins with the name of the cause, followed by a colon and the message of the cause.

A refused run streams one error event with ErrorCode.LICENSE_REFUSED whose cause is this exception, and the future of the run completes exceptionally with it.
